Handcrafted from layers of pure cotton, held together by a special stitching technique that prevents the cotton from shifting or losing its shape. The thickness can range from 4 to 14 centimetres, depending on the desired level of firmness. The cotton futon requires some basic care. It should be placed on a firm surface that allows air to circulate, such as a wooden bed base or a tatami mat. It is advisable to air it regularly. We also recommend folding it and turning it over from time to time to prevent the cotton from becoming matted.
