1. Commitment

Futon Llit wants futonllit.com to be accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of their age, abilities or the technology they use to access the site. This statement explains the current status of the website, the measures that have been taken, any known limitations and how to get in touch if anyone encounters a barrier to access.

2. Regulatory framework

Law 11/2023 of 8 May transposed Directive (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility requirements for products and services into Spanish law; this Directive will apply to e-commerce from 28 June 2025.

NAGEIRE, S.L.U. is regarded as micro-enterprise, provided they employ fewer than ten people and their annual turnover does not exceed two million euros. In accordance with the provisions of that Act, micro-enterprises providing services are exempt from the mandatory requirement to comply with accessibility requirements.

This exemption does not constitute a waiver. This statement is published on a voluntary basis because Futon Llit considers accessibility to be an integral part of the quality of its service, and sets out a commitment to continuous improvement.

3. Reference standard

Although not obliged to do so, Futon Llit uses as a reference the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, issued by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as set out in Spain in the UNE-EN 301549:2022 standard.

4. Current situation

The website meets some of these criteria but has limitations in others. Futon Llit prefers to describe this situation honestly rather than claim compliance that has not been independently audited.

Aspects that are currently being met:

• The page structure uses hierarchical headings that enable navigation using a screen reader.
• The website is responsive to different screen sizes and supports text enlargement using standard browser functions, without any loss of content.
• The forms have labels associated with each field.
• The website is available in Spanish, Catalan and English, with the language correctly specified for each version.
• The main navigation is accessible via the keyboard.

Points under review:

• Some product images or editorial content may lack alternative text or have text that is not sufficiently descriptive. We are gradually reviewing the entire catalogue.
• Certain colour combinations may not meet the recommended contrast ratio. We are currently looking into how to rectify this.
• Some PDF documents published on the website may not fully comply with accessibility requirements.

5. Third-party content

The website incorporates elements provided by third parties, such as the payment gateway, maps, video players and social media buttons. These components are hosted on external platforms and their level of accessibility is beyond Futon Llit’s control.
